The mood is Miami, and the pastel food wagon is loaded for el norte. Little Havana may be 1500 miles away, but March 1st it's at the Culinary Center of Kansas City and the Rio. Sangria and a food truckload of tasty hors d'oeuvres fuel your appetite for the film that inspired the event, Chef, starring Scarlett Johansson, Robert Downey, Jr. and Dustin Hoffman. How does one say "rollicking" en espanol?
